02 Health Connect Data

Our app uses Health Connect to exchange data with other fitness and wellness apps on your device. We request access to the following data types to provide personalized AI coaching:

Read Access: Activity (Steps, Calories, Power, VO2 Max), Body (Weight, Body Fat), Vitals (Heart Rate, HRV), Sleep, Nutrition.
Write Access: Activity (Logging workouts), Body (Weight updates), Nutrition (Food logs).

Limited Use Disclosure: The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use this data solely to generate personalized workout plans & coaching.
We do not transfer this data to third parties for advertising.
Your data is processed via secure, encrypted connections.

03 Data Processing & AI

To provide the "Ace" coaching persona, we send anonymized or pseudo-anonymized summaries of your health data, workout history, and user queries to our AI processing partners:

Google Gemini: Via Google Cloud, for generating coaching responses.
Cloudflare AI Gateway: For routing and security monitoring.

We do not use your personal health data to train general-purpose AI models for third-party use.

04 Data Retention

Local Data: Stored locally on your device or within the Health Connect on-device datastore.

App Data: We retain account settings & chat logs for continuity. You may request deletion at any time via app settings.
